Love Island favourite Liberty Poole has confessed she’s completely “out of the game” after an awkward attempt at flirting left her red-faced.
The 26-year-old reality star said she was ready to get back out there following her split from DJ boyfriend Joshua Raybould, 28, but admitted she’s struggling when it comes to chatting up new men.
Liberty and Joshua, who had known each other since they were 19, started dating in 2024 but called it quits after a year together.

She confirmed the breakup in August, citing an “irreversible breakdown in communication”, as reported by Need To Know.
Since then, the influencer has been on a self-love and wellness journey to “find herself again” – and says she’s feeling much happier.
But when it comes to flirting? Not so much.
In a hilarious TikTok video, Liberty, from Birmingham, shared a painfully awkward exchange with a man.
She laughed: “I am absolutely atrocious at flirting or like saying flirty things.
“Someone’s just said, ‘Oh yeah, my eye colour changes in the light,’ and I’ve just replied, going, ‘Oh so you’re basically an X-Man then, because I’d class that as a mutant superpower.’”
She then groaned and mimed bashing her head against her pink, bedazzled steering wheel.
In her caption, Liberty pleaded with followers for help, writing: “Any tips, girls, on how to flirt for a single girl just trying to get back out there?”
Back in August, the TV star addressed her breakup with Joshua on Instagram, writing: “Unfortunately, life is no fairytale.
“This was my ‘first’ for a lot – first real love, first serious relationship, first time living with someone, first time making someone part of the family.
“With that comes a lot of unexpected trials – no relationship is 100% perfect.”
She stressed there was “no betrayal or big scandal” and that she’s now focused on her fashion brand, Freedom and Life The Label.
Liberty shot to fame on Love Island season seven in 2021, quickly winning the nation’s hearts with her bubbly personality and girl-next-door charm.
Then, a 21-year-old marketing student and part-time Nando’s worker, she coupled up with Jake Cornish, 28, but famously walked out of the villa just days before the final after doubting his feelings for her.
And while her love life might still be a little “awkward”, fans reckon her honesty is exactly why they still adore her.
