A nurse-turned-model said to have “died of a heart attack” during a work trip abroad may have actually been killed by a rapper, police now believe.
Hsieh Youxin was found dead in an empty bathtub in a hotel room on 22 October.
The 31-year-old’s manager had initially claimed the beauty suffered a sudden heart attack despite her reportedly fit and healthy lifestyle.

But this morning (4 Nov), police confirmed they are treating the case as suspected murder.
Reports say Taiwanese Hsieh had been in the room with Malaysian rapper Namewee, real name Wee Meng Chee, 42, to discuss a video shoot.

We told officers that Hsieh went to take a shower but didn’t come out for around half an hour.
When he checked, he claims he found her unresponsive in the bath in the hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
He says he performed CPR and called for an ambulance – which, he insists, took “nearly an hour to arrive”.
Wee was arrested at the scene after police allegedly found nine blue pills believed to be ecstasy.
His urine later tested positive for amphetamine, methamphetamine, ketamine and THC, as reported by Need To Know.
He was charged with drug use and possession on 24 October and later released on bail.

Posting on Sunday (2 November), Wee insisted: “I did not take drugs, nor did I possess any.”
A court hearing is set for December.
Hsieh’s manager also denied she had ever taken drugs.
The influencer, nicknamed “Nurse Goddess” thanks to her medical background, was due to fly home on 24 October.
She had hundreds of thousands of followers and reportedly earned money through adult subscription content.

Hsieh was instantly recognisable due to the partial loss of a ring finger on one hand – an accident at her family’s iron factory shortly after leaving school.
Wee shot to fame in 2007 with a viral rap parody of Malaysia’s national anthem, becoming one of the country’s most controversial artists for his politically charged lyrics.
Earlier this year, he sparked outrage after faking his own death – for the second time – as part of an April Fool’s prank.
