A mother-of-two has died after undergoing a nose job.
Miriam Mitma Yalli underwent the cosmetic procedure on 10 November after passing pre-operative tests.
But the 37-year-old was given a higher dose of anaesthesia than her body required, according to her family members.

They also accused the anaesthesiologist of being unqualified.
Minutes after being administered the dose, Miriam reportedly went into cardiac arrest, as reported by Need To Know.
After days in intensive care, she was diagnosed with hypoxic-anoxic leukoencephalopathy, a condition associated with a severe oxygen deficiency in the brain.
Miriam, whose children are aged 15 and five, died in hospital in Huancayo, Peru, on Monday (8 Dec).
Her husband Daniel Gómez Rufasto has called for an investigation.
The victim’s mother said: “My daughter was healthy, just one operation and this happened.
“I want justice for my daughter.”
Family members and sympathetic locals staged a protest at the Public Ministry headquarters in Hualhuas to demand justice for Miriam.
The authorities are still waiting for the results of an autopsy to decide the next course of action.
They’re continuing to gather testimonies and information to clarify the circumstances behind the victim’s sudden deterioration in health.
