A star footballer was involved in a serious road accident with his wife and child in the car.
Vasyl Kravets said he was able to get out on his own before the emergency services arrived, but his wife and daughter were trapped inside and needed rescuing.
His Mercedes was rammed by a speeding lorry.
It then smashed into two other lorries, writing off the luxury car.

The sickening scenes were reminiscent of Diogo Jota’s fatal car accident in July.
After his family was confirmed as unharmed, Vasyl said: “Thank God for saving our lives.”
His wife called it a “miracle”.
The accident took place near the village of Tarakaniv in western Ukraine on Tuesday (16 Dec).
Four vehicles were involved in the accident: three HGVs and a Mercedes-Benz E 220 D passenger car.
The authorities confirmed that two females were trapped in the Mercedes and needed to be cut free.
Without naming the victims, they said the mother was born in 1996, and her daughter was born in 2020.
They are believed to be Vasyl’s wife, Jaryna and their young daughter.
They were taken to the Dubno Municipal Hospital for medical checks.
Jaryna said on Instagram afterwards: “By God’s miracle, we survived.
“We were crushed between lorries, nothing was left of the car!

“It’s a true miracle.
“I don’t understand how we survived.”
Vasyl said on social media: “I am grateful to God for saving our lives.”
The truck drivers were not injured, as reported by Need To Know.
A police investigation into the crash is ongoing.
Vasyl started his professional career at FC Karpaty Lviv in the Ukrainian top flight before moving to Spain to play for Lugo in the second division.
The Ukrainian left-back moved to La Liga side Leganés, where he spent two seasons, including a loan period with Sporting Gijón.
He currently plays for FC Metalist 1925 Kharkiv in the Ukrainian Premier League.
