Now, the 42-year-old is urging people to put down sugary drinks and other foods, in a clip racking up 201,000 views and over 2,000 likes.
The worst food for cancer risk and chronic inflammation is ultra-processed foods, reports Need To Know.
For cancer progression, according to the doctor from California, US, it’s sugary drinks.
And inflammation is associated with deep-fried foods, with DNA damage at a higher risk once consuming burned or charred meats.
A glass of alcohol this Christmas could put your body at risk of hormone-related cancers, too.
Dr Sethi added: “This holiday season, minimise just one food group for better long-term health.”
Users have flocked to the comments to share their reactions.
“All are just terrible!!! We need to just grow our foods,” one person said.

Jan added: “Salad it is then.”
“Your right, gotta cut all that s**t our of our diets,” someone else commented.
Paul said: “Should I drink water and eat air then.”
“I will only eat air,” Prashant added.

He recently revealed the benefits of eating a handful of nuts per day.
The doctor says just 30 grams could help reduce the risk of all-cause dementia.
He aims to eat a handful per day, consisting of either 20 almonds, 15 cashews, 14 walnut halves, 20 hazelnuts or 30 pistachios.
