A woman has shared the unusual requests she’s received from married men, including bizarrely being asked to cut an apple in half for £300.
Saffron Marie Boswell shared that men often pay her money to perform odd tasks – which she finds to be amusing and an easy way to make extra cash.
The 27-year-old highlighted one particular need she fulfilled, which involved one of life’s more boring chores.

“The message said ‘I was wondering if you could go to the shop and pick an item and make it forbidden for me’,” she told Need To Know.
“’I will pay you £300 for a video of you saying I’m not allowed it, and I’ll pay £50 for your food shop.’
“I felt like this was completely a minor thing to do, a funny thing to do and easy money.”
Essex-based Saffron filmed the video, which also included her cutting the apple, then sent it to her client, and he was happy with the film.

Saffron noted that the married man said he’ll be back next month for more.
Despite the apple video being unusual, Saffron said that it doesn’t come close to strangest request she’s gotten.
“The strangest request I have received is for a man to lock himself in a wardrobe and pretend he is a coat hanger,” she explained.
“I had to message him saying I need to move the hanger over to reach another item of clothing.”
The content creator’s family know about the unusual requests she receives, and are supportive in what she’s doing.
The same cannot be said for her online audience, as her strange videos often attract criticism.
“I usually receive all negative comments online and I love it!” Saffron laughed.
“The more hate the more I’m doing something right. People are too serious and need to lighten up.”
Saffron’s video about her apple request was viewed 165,000 times, with 15,300 likes and 516 comments.
One person said: “I get the same requests. My weirdest one was asking me to stamp on a piece of bread and telling him it’s his breakfast. Hilarious tbh and I’m getting paid so”

Saffron replied that she’d had the same request, possibly from the same man. She added: “I’ve had bread and beans but I didn’t do the beans one. I’m sorry but just no.”
Meanwhile, Sabrina joked: “Forever annoyed I’m not attractive so I can’t fleece men.”
Another person added: “I’m a single mum, put me onto these men PLEASE! I NEED THE MONEY (sic).”
Sophia said: “I love how with your voice matches the aggressive peeling technique.”
Another person said: “Everyone’s wives are now going to be crashing out if they hear their husbands requesting fruit.”
However, Saffron’s video also attracted some ire, too.
One person said: “Is this really the only way in the whole world u can make ‘decent’ money in 2026? Disgusting (sic).”
Another user added: “Bloody hell where do you get paid to do this?”
