A shocking new horror experience where participants eat live maggots, endure verbal abuse, and even have the air sucked from the room has reopened.
Enola – The Experience, which costs £20 a ticket, makes guests sign a two-page waiver before stepping inside.
Once they do, they’re warned to expect nudity, p*rnographic scenes, insect eating, and humiliation.
Brave daredevil Liam Johnson Gould, who has attended three times, said the ordeal left him feeling humiliated and terrified.
“On arrival, you’re greeted by a fake doctor or nurse and made to sign the waiver,” Liam, from Wolverhampton, West Mids, told Need To Know.
“The verbal abuse starts straight away.
“They call you the most vile names imaginable and mock your looks.
“The actors don’t hold back.
“Then they jab you with a fake needle and push your head into a toilet bowl, telling you to eat the sh*t.
“It’s obviously not real but it’s disgusting and smells and looks real.”
According to the 33-year-old, participants are stripped to their underwear, given a plastic bag for their clothes and marched through a series of grotesque rooms, each one more disturbing than the last.
One features graphic adult scenes and bondage, another forces guests to eat maggots and worms.
Liam says he was spanked, electrocuted, splashed with freezing water, and even bitten by actors who spit fake blood.
He said: “At one point, you’re locked in a coffin, and in another, the air gets sucked out of the room,
“It’s so tight and claustrophobic, you have to hit a panic button to get out.”
In the “make over room” barbers wax participants’ eyebrows and body hair, and in another, a military-style sergeant shouts commands and tells guests to do press-ups.
Content creator Liam says the most disturbing area is a mock church filled with images of Jimmy Savile and Gary Glitter, before participants are sealed inside a coffin.
Those who can’t take it are told to shout “mercy” or “I’m a p*ssy hole, get me out of here” prompting staff to end the experience and escort them straight out.
Liam said: “I felt everything. I was humiliated, I was scared and I used the safe word when a naked actor got too close.
“Some people call me sick for going three times but I know there’s a safe word.
“They made me be a stool for another participant.
“They throw freezing cold water over you while you’re in your underwear.
“You’re slapped on the head and they spank you and hit you with a paddle.
“There was a woman who put an actual nail up her nose.
“It’s so intense.”
Enola – The Experience website says: “This is not a scare maze, this is only for those who believe they are brave enough to face the sick, twisted, weird and strange.
“You will leave wondering ‘WTF have I just experienced?’.
“It’s time to check in for your appointment at the Enola Clinic.
“Everyone wants to live life on a high from time to time and at this clinic, a new drug is being trialled.
“Will you get the desired effect and feel euphoric? Chances are, you’re in for a ‘bad trip’ like no other.”
