A mass brawl – involving over 40 yobs – broke out outside a city’s magistrates court.
The thugs started fighting just yards from the steps of the building.
One youth was seen on the floor surrounded by a group of others.

He managed to get up and scramble away.
One onlooker shouted: “Kick him.”
Four other separate battles ensued closer to the law courts.
Another of the brawling men ended up on the ground.
Another witness said: “Bro.
“You don’t know who you are hitting.
“It’s hard.”
The 21-second video then came to an end.
It happened on Tuesday (20 Jan) outside Bradford Magistrates and Coroner’s Court, in Norfolk Gardens, in the West Yorkshire city.
Locals reacted with fury at the shocking scenes, as reported on Need To Know.
Richard Webb said: “This is the beginning of the end.
“Poor old England.”
Kathy Calder added: “Unhinged animals.”
One – called Malcolm – said: “They need some love in the Army.”
A fourth added: “Water canons with bacon fat or purple stain dye.”
Another said: “Normal day in Bradford.”
West Yorkshire Police has been approached for comment.
