A man has been arrested on suspicion of stabbing his own sister to death after a nightclub visit.
Jlenia Musella had travelled to Taranto, Italy, to see popular DJ Joseph Capriati on Saturday night (31 Jan).
After spending the weekend with friends, the 22-year-old returned to the flat she shared with her brother, Giuseppe Musella, in Naples.

Police were called to a nearby hospital yesterday (3 Feb) after reports that a young woman had been dumped from a car with a badly bruised face and a deep stab wound to her back.
Jlenia died shortly after admission. The knife wound had caused severe damage to her vital organs.
Giuseppe, 28, later handed himself in to police and confessed to the killing.
He has been remanded in custody.

The siblings lived alone on a housing estate in Ponticelli – a deprived neighbourhood notorious for drug dealing and organised crime.
Both their mother and stepfather are in custody.
The latter is believed to be a senior figure in the Casella-Circone clan, which controls illicit activities in the area.
Giuseppe is also thought to have moved in criminal circles linked to the group, as reported by Need To Know.
It remains unclear who was in the car which drove off immediately after dumping Jlenia outside the hospital. CCTV footage is being examined to trace the vehicle.
Jlenia is believed to have been killed at the height of a family argument. The attack reportedly took place in the street.

She was allegedly punched and slapped in the face before being stabbed in the back.
“We argued.
“I threw the knife while her back was turned, but I didn’t think I’d hit her,” Giuseppe is reported to have told investigators.
Jlenia was very active on social media.
“She was like a ray of sunshine, always glowing – it’s unthinkable that her smile is gone,” a local young man told Italian media.
Investigators are now reconstructing the relationship between the siblings in a bid to establish what may have triggered the fatal attack.
Early findings reportedly point to a history of heated disputes.
The investigation is ongoing.
