The 24-year-old was trying to get off to sleep when an armed suspect put his hand over his mouth and allegedly put a gun to his head, announcing a robbery.
In his testimony, Thiago – who has 110,000 Instagram fans – alleges the suspects then went to his 29-year-old brother’s room and afterwards entered his parents’ bedroom.
He reportedly saw his father being assaulted by two burglars and one of them dropped their gun on the floor.

He then grabbed the firearm and fired multiple shots to protect his family.
Afterwards, his dad took the gun from him and asked him to call the emergency services.
The police found the injured suspect lying on a bed and two guns at the property in Santa Amélia near Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Three of the four suspects fled the scene empty-handed.
A forensic team gathered evidence and secured the footage from the property’s security cameras, which should assist them with their investigation.
The wounded suspect, 29, was taken to the Risoleta Tolentino Neves Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries, as reported by Need To Know.

According to the police, he was shot five times: two in the right side of his chest, one in the abdomen, and two in his arm.
Thiago’s brother confirmed to the police that he was he was subdued in his bedroom and forced to go into his parents’ room.
He said there was a physical struggle and then he heard several gunshots, but did not remember any other details.
Thiago, who is known for his risky motorcycle stunts and showing off his luxury lifestyle, believes his promotion of money probably motivated the crime.
The police investigation is ongoing.
