A delivery worker and a student were burned when gas-filled balloons exploded inside a lift.
The horror unfolded in a block of flats on Monday night (2 Feb).
CCTV footage shows the student stepping into the lift, followed by the courier and then a second man.

Seconds later, the cabin was engulfed in a massive fireball.
As the flames quickly died down, all three were seen scrambling out in panic.
The student – 21-year-old Himani Tapriya – suffered burns to her right arm, neck and stomach.
The courier, Raju Kumar Mahato, also sustained burn injuries. Both were taken to hospital for treatment.
Mahato, 32, had been sent to the tower block in Mumbai, India, by a balloon shop owner to deliver decorations for a family birthday party.
He is believed to have been carrying between 10 and 12 balloons at the time, as reported by Need To Know.
Police have opened a case against the shop owner over possible negligence, alleging the courier was not given proper safety instructions or protective equipment.
Tapriya, who is now out of danger, told officers she had just arrived in Mumbai from Surat – a train journey of around three to four hours – to visit her aunt.
The gas used to fill the balloons has not been confirmed, but highly flammable hydrogen is suspected.
While helium is non-flammable, some vendors reportedly favour hydrogen because it is cheaper.
Mahato’s condition and the full extent of his injuries have not been disclosed, and it is unclear whether the second man was hurt.
