Lily Lu, who uses she/her pronouns, recently helped a woman overcome an insecurity she has had since she was a child, by completing an intense eyeball procedure on her.
She shared the footage online with her 108,000 followers – with the clip racking up a whopping 783,000 views and over 13,900 likes.
The transgender artist has built up 25 years of experience, often carrying out radical mods on her own body – removing her nipples and belly button, as well as parts of her ears and a finger; splitting her tongue; and tattooing herself almost everywhere, including her own eyeballs.

Lily, who has a teenage daughter, says her look draws rather unkind assumptions, including that she is a bad father and a drug user – both of which she says aren’t true.
In fact, despite her a “bad dad” label, the 40-year-old used her controversial skills to change this client’s life for the better.
With incredible expertise, she helped turn a grey blind eyeball white – to make it look more “normal”.
“My client asked doctors to visually fix the eye but they can’t help her,” Lily, from Tengen, Germany, told Need To Know.
“There is no technique for making the grey of the eye white – she was born with the blind eye and it always looked like this.
“It still moves parallel with the healthy eye but she has 0% vision on it.
“An alternative would be to amputate and replace with a fake eye.
“So in this case there was nothing to lose for her as she wasn’t happy with how her eye looked.”
The procedure took YouTuber Lily 30 to 45 minutes to complete and despite being confident in her methods, Lily admits she wasn’t sure it would work.
Lily has spent the last 13 years injecting hundreds of healthy eyeballs to fulfil all manner of requests from her clients.
But this was her first time operating on a blind eye.
Fortunately, the procedure worked perfectly for Amorn, from Thailand, who was over the moon with the results.
Lily said: “Communication had been a bit tricky as she speaks very little English.
“I wasn’t 100% sure if it will work either, as the grey layers in her eye and the iris itself are very difficult to locate and feel.
“We made the decision to give it a try and go from there.
“There weren’t any issues so we just met a few days later for a final check.
“I only charged her 30% of what I normally charge.
“I told her that if it didn’t work out I would not charge her at all, as I myself was curious if I could help her.
“Normally I do this only to heavy tattooed people who already are modified enough to not regret this later on.
“In her case it was the complete opposite – it wasn’t to make her look like a freak it was to help her feel and look more normal.”
Viewers were left blown away by the mind-boggling procedure.
