After stopping to pick the youngsters up, the group proceeded to launch eggs at him.
The shocking footage took place in Wolverhampton across Market Street.
The rampage happened on Saturday (14 Feb) around 7:30pm, as reported by Need To Know.

An unsuspecting delivery rider also fell victim to the egging rampage.
In the footage, two members of the group can be seen sneaking up behind the rider and smashing two eggs on his helmet while he is on the move.
The youngsters then ganged up on two men standing in the doorway of a business.
They could be seen throwing dozens of eggs at the men with one shouting at the young lads before chasing them.
Unfortunately, it did not go to plan – as the group then began chasing him up the high street.
The victim’s attempts to flee were foiled after the group began pelting him with eggs for a second time.
Members of the public were left shocked by the footage.
One person said: “We were doing this 30 years ago.”

Another person added: “What drives idiots like that to throw eggs at people.”
One other person said: “Vintage fun good to see the youth not on their phones to be honest.”
One person added: “They are feral.”
Another person said: “The UK needs harsh punishment for crimes, harsh deterrence.”

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “The Safer Travel team are investigating after eggs were thrown at a bus on Market Street in Wolverhampton at just before 7.30pm on Saturday (14 Feb).
“Anti-social behaviour is not acceptable and is a focus for the Safer Travel Partnership which polices the public transport network in the West Midlands.”
