Bianca, who had nearly 60,000 Instagram fans, was staying at her family’s beach house in Guarujá near São Paulo, Brazil, while recovering.
Her condition rapidly deteriorated and she passed away in hospital, 18 days after undergoing the op.
She reportedly died of a pulmonary embolism.
An investigation into her passing is ongoing.
Bianca was a prominent figure in her home city of Mauá, as reported by Need To Know.

Her Instagram bio said: “Living at my own pace, without rushing, and with purpose.”
Her most recent posts showed her spending a large part of November and December 2025 in London.
News of the influencer’s sudden death has rocked the community in Mauá.
While official sources did not name the specific procedure she underwent, public discussions focused on high-risk cosmetic surgeries such as liposuction and abdominoplasty.
Pulmonary embolisms are a known risk for major cosmetic surgeries, particularly when multiple procedures are performed at the same time.
The risk of developing post-operative blood clots is highest in the first 48 hours but remains a critical concern for up to 20 days after the surgery.
Bianca leaves behind two young daughters.
Her funeral will take place in Mauá today (20 Feb).
