A bodybuilding influencer has been arrested for selling fake weight loss jabs.
Larissa Caetano shares exercise routines and weight loss tips on Instagram to her 385,000 fans.
She has a second Instagram page with nearly 8,000 followers where she apparently presents herself as a doctor.
She also owns a beauty clinic where she performs facial harmonisation procedures.
The fitness influencer, full name Larissa da Silva Caetano Anunciação, has now been accused of selling illegal slimming pens.
The police reportedly seized dozens of medications and supplements stored in improper conditions at her address in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Investigators found stocks of tirzepatide, a weight loss jab that is banned by the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa).
She allegedly promoted the outlawed products on social media and was placed under arrest yesterday (24 Feb).
Her partner Marcus Vinícius Silva da Anunciação was also arrested for the illegal sale of medications, including prohibited weight loss drugs.
They were detained by officers of the Consumer Protection Department (Decon).
At the police station, the couple chose to remain silent.

They could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted of crimes against public health and the local economy, as reported by Need To Know.
On the day of her arrest, Larissa posted an old photo of herself on social media with the message: “You didn’t come this far to doubt yourself now.”
The investigation into her alleged public health offences is ongoing.
