A model who has the ‘UK’s biggest lips‘ has had filler dissolved to reveal her natural face.
Sofia Lips, as she’s known online, regularly hits the headlines due to her “obsession” with plastic surgery.
In total, she’s spent over £500,000 on her transformation.
The 28-year-old, from Manchester, previously revealed how she almost died after undergoing botched breast surgery in Turkey – where her assets began leaking green gunk.
And while this hasn’t stopped her from pumping up her lips, it made her rethink how her face looked.
Now, for the first time in 10 years, she’s removed all filler from her cheeks and jaw.
“I’ve had to change my Face ID to unlock my phone as it didn’t recognise me anymore,” Sofia told Need To Know.
“The square jaw and cheeks have gone now.
“I am probably going to re-fill it – just not as harsh.
“It’ll look more cute and even.
“I’ve had black eyes for the last two weeks, though, which hasn’t been fun.”
Sofia, who forked out £2,000 on the dissolving sessions, says her natural face makes her feel “embarrassed”.
She said: “I can’t leave the house.
“I was so used to having huge cheeks, so it’s quite different.
“My aesthetician had to use quadruple what she usually would as there was so much filler.”
Her lips, however, are still plump and humongous.
So much so, that Sofia claims she goes through a tub of Vaseline per day – costing £5,000 to date – and can’t drink properly anymore.
She added: “Drinking without a straw is no longer optional.
“I tend not to eat or drink out as people take pictures of me struggling otherwise.
“With the amount of Vaseline I go through, which must be around 1,000 tins by now, they should give me an unlimited amount for life.
“My lips make me so desired, it’s actually quite hard to go out in public without being inundated with attention.
“I’m also ridiculed for my looks, but what others think of me is none of my business.
“I get money from it – so why would I care?”
Sofia’s previous ordeal in Turkey left her worrying that her “life was on the line”.
Now, she’s a 38GG, though hopes to go bigger in the future.
