A petrol station thief has been blasted after filling a massive drum with fuel before calmly driving off without paying.
Shocking footage shows the man pull up at the forecourt in a dark grey car before helping himself to the petrol.
He was wearing a light grey hoodie, grey bottoms and a black gilet.
The clip shows him briefly chatting with two other people at another pump before heading back to his vehicle.
He then takes an empty drum from the boot and carefully begins filling it with fuel.
Once finished, the thief carries the heavy container back to his car and places it on the back seat.
Moments later, he gets behind the wheel and casually drives away without paying a penny.
The incident happened in Wednesbury, West Midlands, on Monday (2 March), as reported by Need To Know.
Gas prices spiked last week as the conflict in the Middle East intensified.
The UK gas price surged to its highest level for three years on 3 March.
The furious garage owner hit out at the thief after the video was shared online.
They said: “As some of you may have seen there’s a lot going on in the Gulf right now which will have an impact on global fuel prices.
“We will always try and keep our as low as possible but when you get scruffs like this they just ruin it for everyone.
“Yes we have an idea of who it is as I’m sure so do a lot of others also.
“Here you go mate, here’s your two minutes of fame.”
Viewers were just as angry in the comments.
One said: “It should always be pay first before you take fuel.”
Another added: “The whole of Belgium is pre pay.”

Someone else said: “What an idiot.”
And a fourth added: “What a low life.”
While a fifth said: “Turn the pump off next time he makes an appearance.”
