An influencer has discovered that she has cancer after mistaking the symptoms for constipation.
Doctors found a 19-cm tumour in her lower abdomen, equivalent to the size of a seven-month pregnancy.
Jiang Yuting, better known online as Teacher Jiang, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

The renowned pianist and internet celebrity, who boasts 341,000 Facebook fans and 309,000 Instagram followers, said her body was showing signs of the condition before diagnosis.
Her lower abdomen was noticeably swollen and she suffered from chronic constipation.
Jiang said she only made a bowel movement once every seven to 10 days.

She put it down to constipation and took laxatives to provide relief.
She even enrolled in a gym for high-intensity weight training, attempting to lose her belly bump through exercise.
Jiang decided to see a gastroenterologist when her condition worsened.
She said the doctor was stunned to find the 19cm tumour and asked her: “Why did you only come now?”
The massive tumour was compressing her intestines, which was the reason behind her perceived chronic constipation.
After engaging in high-intensity weightlifting with the condition, she joked that her ovary was “as strong as her willpower”, and admitted she was lucky it didn’t rupture during training.

To completely remove the tumour and conduct tests, doctors made a 12-cm incision below her navel, surgically removing her right ovary and part of her peritoneum.
Now in remission, she revealed her ordeal at a recent health conference in her home country, Taiwan.
She advised women, especially those with a stressful lifestyle, to pay attention to the changes in their bodies, as reported by Need To Know.
Jiang said: “You should be more vigilant at the slightest sign and not delay treatment.”
Jiang graduated from Tunghai University in Taichung, Taiwan, with a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance.
She rose to fame on social media for her humorous approach to classical music.
