A tourist flew headfirst over the handlebars and then got wiped out by the same bike after a wheelie went terribly wrong.
Philipp had a trip to remember after a motorbike ride went awry – leaving him with torn muscles.
The 22-year-old ripped his upper arm muscle and the tendon in the shocking crash.

Sharing footage, taken on 10 Mar, of the fall online, the video racked up over 297,000 likes.
“I was in shock, but happy that I’m still alive,” Phillip, from Munich, Germany, told Need To Know.
“I was on vacation and we were out for a ride when I lost my balance during a wheelie.
“I managed to save it but I had to swerve on to the verge.
“There was a farm access road there, which I hit, and I flipped over. Then my bike hit me.”
Phillip was on holiday in Italy when his attempted stunt went wrong.
In the clip, the motorbike flips over behind him before taking out the 22-year-old for a second time.


He said: “I tore my upper arm muscle and the tendon in the fall.
“Otherwise, I’m okay, apart from a few scrapes and bruises.
“Always wear your protection and try to minimise risk.”
Viewers were left shocked by the clip.
