A cop was caught on camera looking hilariously intense after a series of drug trafficking arrests.
Footage shows one officer speaking calmly to reporters while another stood rigidly behind him, head tilted back, eyes wide, and a stern expression fixed on his face.
As the first officer detailed the operation, the second remained motionless, glaring straight into the camera without blinking.
The clip was filmed on Friday (20 Mar) night, shortly after the operation concluded successfully.
The operation was launched following reports of suspicious activity around a square in Fazenda Rio Grande, Brazil.
Officers from the Municipal Tactical Patrol located an abandoned property being used as a base for suspected drug trafficking.
It ended with drugs seized and five suspects arrested, as reported by Need To Know.
Social media users had fun with the footage.
One joked: “The sniffer dog was off duty, so he had to do the sniffing himself.”
Another quipped: “He carefully examined the evidence.”
The officer, surnamed Leite, and his unit’s commander later addressed the jokes online.
The commander said: “A video of Leite recently went viral, showing him with a fixed, firm stare that represents the spirit of pride and satisfaction after successfully completing a mission.
“This expression is very common among tactical team operators in Brazil.”
