A group of hapless tourists got their SUV stuck in the sand after driving onto a beach at a holiday hotspot.
Footage filmed at night shows the rear wheels half-buried as waves lapped at the stranded vehicle.
The driver remained behind the wheel while others gathered around the car, but none appeared to have any idea what to do.

The clip, filmed by a bemused passerby, was shared online earlier this week with the caption: “He thought the Lincoln could swim.”
The video, which is believed to actually show a Jeep Grand Cherokee, was reportedly filmed on Condesa Beach in the tourist hotspot of Acapulco, Mexico.
It is not clear how the situation ended, but no one was reported to have been harmed.
The tourists are believed to have had to wait for a tow truck to remove the stricken vehicle, as reported by Need To Know.
Online, one viewer commented: “Looks like that night out got pricey.”
Another asked: “Had these tourists never been to a beach before, or what? Did they think the sea was concrete?”

And a third joked: “They think you’re supposed to wash cars with salt water.”
