A delivery rider was ‘robbed’ by a group of masked thugs on motorised bikes.
The courier was swarmed by four males who tried to rip open the carrier box.
Two of the gang stayed on the bikes to give the others an escape route as they grappled with the rider.

During the encounter, the courier’s bike fell to the floor as the masked thugs attempted to snatch the goods.
The footage was captured on 9 Jun around 6:05pm, as reported by Need ToKnow.
The quick-thinking rider, who had also fallen to the ground, sprawled himself across the bike.
The thugs were unable to break the box off the back and couldn’t remove the courier from his ride.
The bizarre attempted robbery took place on the side of a busy main road in Leeds.
After fumbling their plans to snatch the courier’s goods, the thugs fled the scene.
The two who had grappled with the rider quickly jumped on the back of motorised bikes.
The thugs sped off down the road, leaving the delivery rider on the path.
The ruffled courier quickly got his bike back together while cautiously watching the thugs flee.
A passerby recorded the footage from the safety of their car.
Members of the public were left shocked by the incident.
One person said: “Looks like someone was desperately needing their McDonalds.”

Another person added: “Fully loaded premium pizzas.”
Someone else said: “Lawless.”
One person added: “Filmed it rather than helped.”
