A man who lost nine stone and was convinced he needed tummy tuck surgery has revealed the “shock” verdict from surgeons following the use of a six-step routine.
When Marc McKee tipped the scales at 23st 4lbs, he knew something needed to change.
It was only highlighted even further when doctors said he wouldn’t likely reach his 40th birthday.

Terrified of what could lie ahead, the 34-year-old began taking “skinny jab” Mounjaro.
And, within less than a year, he had dropped nine stone.
Despite being smitten with his new energetic zest for life, he was “disgusted” by what he saw in the mirror as he had the makings of an “apron tummy” – aka excess skin.
So he began following a six-step at-home routine to help combat the issue, before seeking out consultations with skin removal surgeons.
