Her family raised the alarm when they were unable to contact her.
Police launched a search after it emerged she had left without her mobile phone or any identification documents.
An appeal described Jessica as being around 5ft 7in tall, with a slim build and distinctive tattoos on her left forearm and abdomen.
Wrocław Fashion Week, where Jessica had walked the catwalk just days earlier, also shared the appeal on social media, as reported by Need To Know.

The post said: “Dear friends! Jessica, whom you may know from our catwalks, has gone missing.
“If anyone has information about it, report it to the police.”
Jessica’s social media profiles featured not only modelling photographs but also videos of her singing performances.
Her body has now been recovered from a reservoir near her home.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death, although they have preliminarily ruled out the involvement of any third party.
