A woman has died after ‘falling on a wine glass’ during a dinner party at her home.
Ilda Beatriz Goyochea was rushed to hospital with a severe neck injury but never recovered.
Family members are now demanding answers as the authorities investigate whether it was a tragic accident or something more sinister.

Two people who were with Ilda that night remain in custody.
The 32-year-old, who lived in the city of La Rioja in north-western Argentina, was hosting friends when the incident unfolded in the early hours of 10 July.
They claimed she fell onto a broken wine glass.
The glass shattered and sliced her throat open with an eight to 10cm wound.
Ilda was first taken to a private clinic then transferred to Hospital Enrique Vera Barros.
She remained in a coma for nearly a week before dying from brain failure caused by lack of oxygen.
Her family’s lawyer, Fernando Gabriel Brizuela, said the wound looked too clean and straight, implying possibly foul play.
He told local media: “A broken glass normally causes an irregular cut; this was linear.
“It does not match.”
He has applied for the family to join the case as private prosecutors.
They also want investigators to check how long it took for the victim to get medical help.
Judge Cecilia Córdoba ordered the arrest of her friends after spotting contradictions in their statements.
Homicide detectives have seized the suspects’ mobile phones, as reported by Need To Know.
They are also hunting CCTV footage from the area.
Defence lawyer Soledad Varas insisted it was pure accident, adding: “It was a meeting of friends who have known each other for years.
“There was no aggression and no motive.”
She has asked for their release.
Initial charges include attempted homicide linked to serious injury.
The investigation continues.
