Sedation has now been cut by half and she has shown signs of responding, including brief eye openings.
Blood tests have improved and the body is reacting well, relatives said.
The Brazilian social media star was holidaying in Bali, Indonesia, when the motorbike accident happened.
She is being treated at BIMC Kuta hospital on the island.

Lis, real name Elisangela Aparecida dos Santos, has over 18,000 followers on Instagram where she posts about well-being, mental health and personal growth.
Her bio reads: “Transforming women into an impossible-to-ignore presence. Body, routine, mindset.”
Her last post before the crash came on 1 August.
She shared a video on self-knowledge with the caption: “Transformation is not what you feel on a day of motivation, it is what you sustain every day.”
Family members issued an urgent appeal for type B+ blood donations at local transfusion units.
They said in a statement: “We urgently need donations of type B+ blood.
“Anyone who can donate or share this request will make a huge difference to her recovery.
“She continues under intensive care in the ICU, closely monitored by a dedicated and attentive medical team.”
They later confirmed that the blood donation target had been met and the campaign was closed, as reported by Need To Know.

Doctors were investigating fluctuations in blood tests to fine-tune the treatment.
The family added that she is now responding well to the reduced sedation and will undergo surgery.
The statement added: “The focus now is to monitor how she responds in the coming days to this new phase of stimulation.
“We remain very confident and deeply grateful for every prayer, message and positive energy sent by you.”
Lis’ husband, businessman Ahmet Bayir, posted a message of hope.
He wrote: “I know you will smile like that again and light up the world with your beautiful energy once more.
“You are stronger than you imagine, and I know you will rise again.”
No further details about the motorbike crash have been released.
The family has asked her followers to keep prayer for her recovery as treatment continues.
