A hooded thief bizarrely stopped in the middle of robbing a shop to serve a customer – even scanning her shopping and handing over a receipt.
The robber had already locked a terrified worker in the toilet when the unsuspecting woman wandered into the store.
CCTV shows two men entering the shop pretending to be ordinary customers.

One stands watch at the door in a blue jacket while his accomplice slips behind the counter.
The hooded robber then forces the worker, who had been counting the day’s takings, into the toilet and locks her inside.
But the raid takes a bizarre turn when another customer walks in.
The woman grabs a bottle of water from the fridge before approaching the counter and asking for a packet of cigarettes.
Rather than flee, the masked robber simply pretends to be the shop assistant.
He scans her purchases, accepts payment by QR code and even hands over a receipt.
Apparently oblivious to the robbery unfolding around her, the customer then lights a cigarette and walks out.
Once she is gone, the two men grab the remaining cash, the lottery till and the worker’s mobile phone before fleeing, as reported by Need To Know.
The bizarre robbery happened in Cipolletti, in Argentina’s Río Negro Province, at around 3.30pm last Friday (4 September).
It was reportedly the second time the same shop had been targeted in a matter of weeks.
Local reports said the employee later quit her job because she was frightened following the ordeal.
The shop owner was at least able to see the funny side of the robber’s brief stint behind the counter.
He said: “At least during this robbery, he started serving and gave me back a few pesos by QR from the purchases.”
No arrests have been reported and the police investigation continues.
