A 26-year-old social media star famed for her towering 7ft 2in height has died after a short illness, leaving behind her devastated boyfriend and their baby son.
Xiaoyue passed away in the early hours of Saturday morning after being diagnosed with multiple serious conditions.
Her boyfriend Zihao, who stands at 5ft 6in, announced the news on their shared accounts.

The couple, who had been together for around four years, had become popular for the striking height difference in their online content.
The pair welcomed a son last year who is still under one year old.

Zihao confirmed the influencer died at home in Neijiang in Sichuan Province, China.
Doctors found a pituitary tumour linked to her extreme height, plus a meningioma, secondary diabetes and kidney failure.
Her blood sugar levels had soared between 20 and 33 mmol/L, and the couple had planned surgery once the readings stabilised, as reported by Need To Know.
“I never imagined this illness would take someone’s life,” said Zihao.

“The doctor told me it was a very, very light condition, just a minimally invasive operation to remove the tumour in her head.
“I thought as soon as her blood sugar came down we could operate.”
Zihao took his partner back to the countryside to rest after the diagnosis, believing the procedure would be straightforward, but her condition deteriorated rapidly.
Xiaoyue, whose real name was Yang Mouyue, had built a following of about 84,000 while Zihao had nearly 140,000, with clips of their daily life attracting fans who called them the “cutest height gap” couple.
Friends described her as gentle and cheerful, noting she did not care much about outside comments, and said the death came as a shock.
He posted an obituary stating the funeral would be kept simple with no memorial service, in line with her wishes and those of the family, and wished her well with the words “may there be no pain in heaven.”
A local funeral home confirmed a 26-year-old woman of the same surname was cremated the same day, and community officials verified a death certificate had been issued.
