Footage shows the man, wearing a blue T-shirt and black backpack, stranded on the newly laid surface.
At least half of his tyres were submerged in the fresh concrete, leaving him unable to move in San Gil, Colombia.
The mishap left marks across the surface and threatened to disrupt the ongoing roadworks, as reported by Need To Know.
But the rider’s troubles did not end there.
Workers confronted him over his decision to enter the closed-off section, sparking a heated argument in the middle of the road.
The footage shows the men gesticulating angrily as they trade words, with the motorcyclist also hitting back at his critics.
The clip was shared on social media, where viewers questioned why he had ignored the road closure signs in the first place.
Others raised questions about whether the barriers and warning signs were sufficient to keep traffic out.
There has been no official confirmation of whether the rider will face a fine or how much the damage will cost to repair.
