This is the moment brazen thieves scale a building and rip their way through the second floor – only to apparently find a garage full of junk.
Shocking CCTV shows three hooded figures working together to gain access to the property in the early hours.
Two appear to hoist a third person up the side of the building before wooden panels are ripped away one by one.

The pieces are passed down until a hole is created large enough for someone to squeeze through.
A second person is then helped up and climbs inside while the third appears to remain outside, as reported by Need To Know.
Footage shows the pair searching the building with torches before eventually emerging and fleeing on foot.
The break-in happened at around 3:30am on Sunday (27 Sep) in Splott, Cardiff.
The garage belongs to the nearby Nisa Local store on Carlisle Street.
The business claimed the same people had attempted to get inside the garage just two days earlier.
But despite apparently managing to gain entry this time, the intruders are believed to have left empty-handed.
The store joked on Facebook: “The garage is full of junk we’ve accumulated over the years.
“To be honest, if they’d taken some of it, they’d have done us a favour and saved me a trip to the tip!”
But bosses warned the footage showed how quickly intruders could gain access to a property.
They added: “Joking aside, the video shows how quickly someone can gain access to your property.
“If they’re trying one premises, other homes and garages in our neighbourhood could be targets too.
“Please close your windows at night, check your doors are locked, and make sure garage doors and gates are secure.”
The business urged neighbours with CCTV or doorbell cameras to check footage from the early hours.
It also warned residents not to approach anyone they believed could be involved or publicly name potential suspects.
South Wales Police confirmed an investigation into an attempted burglary was ongoing.
A force spokesperson said: “An attempt burglary of garage in Wilson Street was reported during the early hours of Sunday, September 27 and an investigation is ongoing.”
The incident came just days after a separate shop directly opposite was reportedly broken into.
According to WalesOnline, CCTV from the earlier incident showed three people targeting the premises before fleeing with cigarettes and other goods.
It is not currently clear whether the two incidents are connected.
No arrests have been announced in relation to the garage incident.
