The ex-Barcelona and Bayern Munich midfielder opened the King Miami Outlet just over a week ago. It is in the city of Coquimbo, about 285 miles north of the capital Santiago, in his homeland Chile. Vidal, 36, who currently plies his trade with Athletico Paranaense in Brazil, is already considering shutting down the shop. The footballer, who has been venturing into businesses outside of football, is said to be “very worried following alleged threats. Store employees have also been allegedly receiving death threats from local criminals who constantly turn up to intimidate them. A spokesperson for Vidal told local media: “Together as a family, we came to Coquimbo to help make it grow more than it already has. “But we have encountered the disappointment of unleashed crime. “We have even received death threats.” As a result of the alleged criminal activities, Vidal and his partners are considering moving the shop to a different city if the local authorities do not step in to help. The spokesperson said: “We are already tired and seriously thinking about changing locations if we are not guaranteed greater security. “Arturo is very worried, his family is heavily involved. “Emotionally, we are in a bad way, which is why the possibility of leaving is being considered. “When we leave and give our reasons why, it will not be very nice for Coquimbo.” The mohawk-haired star is capped 142 times for Chile scoring 32 goals. He made 66 appearances for Barcelona, finding the net 11 times. Vidal played 79 times for Bayern scoring on 14 occasions. He also played for Juventus and Inter Milan in Italy. The footballer won
