A tattoo and piercing fanatic dubbed the “most modified man in the world” has stretched his nostrils to hold items after chopping off his fingers.
Marcelo “B-Boy” De Souza Ribeiro is known for his eccentric inkings and invasive body modifications, including fanged metal teeth, skin implants and a split tongue.
He hit headlines in the past for spending £30,000 on his transformation to resemble an “alien devil” – including removing his index finger, as well as splitting his hand in half.
As the 42-year-old has found some difficulty adapting to his “claw”, he’s modified another part of his body to help hold daily objects; his nostrils.

“I increased the nose gauge to the biggest anyone has ever managed to put in,” the tattoo artist told Need To Know.
“My breathing remains normal and no pieces fly in.
“I can stuff several objects inside it, such as [toothbrushes, ink bottles and sunglasses].

“But the hole is still too small to fit a can of drink.”
Marcelo, from São Paulo, Brazil, did the gory procedure all by himself.
He made a small cut with a scalpel and used anaesthetic ointment to help ease the pain, before placing a large gem stone to stretch the area.
It took just two minutes in total to complete.
The body modification fanatic still rated the pain a six out of 10.

To ensure no infection, he removes the stone and cleans it using antiseptic wipes daily.
Marcelo has previously spoken about the reactions he gets from people on his controversial look.
He added: “I feel like I was born this way.
“I don’t even miss my index finger and all my modifications already seem natural.
“People are usually delighted and surprised to see so many tattoos.
“I’m happy with what I’ve done and [no one] will stop me.”
