Mary Magdalene, 25, from Toronto, Canada, has spent more than $100,000 on plastic surgery and claims to have the world’s fattest vagina – having undergone vagina plumping procedures.
Over the past few years, the model has also undergone a brow lift, three nose jobs, cheek and lip fat transfers, three boob jobs, 20 dental veneers, a trio of Brazilian butt lifts and numerous lip fillers to achieve her desired look of a “blow-up doll”.
But her latest surgical enhancements have left fans stunned and begging her to stop.
Mary has recently had a further nose job and says every day it looks “tinier” than the day before – comparing herself to a “bimbo elf”.
The model has also had an eyebrow transplant and had her veneers updated.
Mary said: “I am really into extreme surgeries and go hiking into the plastic surgeon’s office.
“As silly and dumb as that sounds, surgery truly is one of my passions and hobbies. I do not need anything per se, I just literally love the whole process of it.”
Sharing a picture of her shaven fangs with her 73,000 followers on Instagram (@1800leavemaryalone), the model said: “Started my new smile today! Decided on 20 crowns… i was so scared of pain but was not too bad! I will update you guys in a few days as they complete it.
“Prior to this I had composite veneers – which is the kind that doesn’t require shaving down your teeth.
“But I was ready for something more plastic, permanent and extreme.”
The post racked up more than 3,700 likes – but followers In the comments section were left divided by the unusual look.
One person said: “Confused you filed your teeth to look small??”
“Permanent vampire fangs??” another user asked.
Someone else begged: “Don’t shave your teeth.”
“She is living dangerously,” added another user.

But other fans defended Mary and her new look.

Another person added: “Do what makes you happy.”

Mary has previously spoken of her love of surgery – having had vagina surgery that nearly cost her her life after she needed two blood transfusions that left her feeling nauseous for the entire week after.
Despite this, she told Jam Press that she’d “love to continue growing it by getting vagina injections.”
“I feel more confident naked, and I love showing it off in clothes. My favourite type of cleavage now is my camel toe. Although when I bend over it looks like I have a ballsack,” she added.
