A pair of brazen free-loading thieves have been spotted filling up their moped and jerry can with petrol before fleeing.
The duo pulled up at the pump, loading their bike and can with fuel before riding off without paying.
Both men in the footage were wearing face masks to hide their identity.

Despite being on bikes neither men wore helmets.
The footage was captured by a shocked member of the public outside Esso petrol station, Kitson Way, Harlow, Essex.
The witness who requested to remain nameless stated the pair had been ‘terrorising’ the area.
Locals revealed that the pair were allegedly involved with a mugging.
Witnesses also claimed they had driven through a group of children in the local park.
The footage of the petrol theft was captured on (7 Aug) around 11am, as reported by Need To Know.
Members of the public have been left shocked by the footage.
Jack Scanlon said: “The pump shouldn’t be activated unless face coverings are removed.”

Mark Fox added: “Bloody morons, karma will catch up with them.”
Alex Stewart said: “Fuels expensive these days, but no joke that ain’t good.”
Steve Crewe added: “Scum.”
Doreen Crouch said: “Just gonna get worse.”

Essex Police has been approached for a comment.
