A woman has been left “in agony” and struggling to eat after plumping her pout with injectables.
Nikki Pindor visited her local beautician after having thought about getting lip fillers for a while.
But the 19-year-old was shocked to learn what the aftermath was really like – and is now having to “push through the pain” in recovery.
She has shared her experience in a video that has over 170,900 views on social media.
“I got them because I wanted to try something new and make my lips fuller,” Nicki, a content creator with over 291,000 TikTok followers, told Need To Know.

“My upper lip has always been small and made me insecure when I was younger.
“Fillers are also very common in my close circle, too.
“So I felt more comfortable doing it knowing so many people also had them done.”
She got 0.3ml in her top lip and 0.2ml in her bottom lip and experienced issues almost immediately afterwards.
Nicki said, “As soon as it was done, it was difficult.
“My lips felt tight and hard, and it was painful stretching them.
“I ate soft foods the first night because of the soreness.
“The actual procedure itself was about a 6 out of 10 pain-wise.”
In the clip posted to TikTok, Nikki, from Miami, can be seen attempting to eat fruit but struggling to open her mouth and get it past her lips.
Her pout is extremely red and swollen.
She captioned the post: “Trying to eat, but I just got lip filler and the numbing cream wore off.
“Every bite is agony help.”
The clip has gained over 9,500 likes and plenty of comments.
Paige said, “You’re giving Barbie, and I love it.”
Cherry added: “Do you have that weird sensation to stretch them and move them inside out, like idk it’s weird, don’t know how to describe it, but I did, couldn’t stop.”

Someone else said, “Use ice, it helps me so much and it helps the bruising!”
Milena added: “I feel your pain, girl! No salty foods for 24 hours, too.”
Lil said, “Ice pack!”
C advised: “Pookie, you gotta ice them every hour.”
Maddie said: “Worst pain but BEST RESULTS.”
Thankfully, Nikki says her lips are getting a little easier to cope with as time goes on.

She added, “They’re definitely softer and less stiff.
“And I don’t feel much pain unless I press on them with my fingers.
“I can eat fairly normally now!
“To any other girlies, apply a lot of petroleum jelly to prevent dryness, and hydrate because if you don’t, your lips can get clumpy.
“Also, try not to eat anything spicy or sour because they will irritate your lips and make it even more painful.
“Just push through the pain.”
