A woman has revealed that she’s having a “skinny jab” Christmas dinner with no desserts – even for her kids – and is choosing to spend the money on her nails instead.
Natalie Strange has lost nearly 10 stone since using the weight loss jabs.
And, even with Christmas right around the corner, she intends to keep it that way.

The 36-year-old has decided not to splash “hundreds” on mince pies this year, and, instead, will use the money saved to get her nails and hair done.
It’s come at the expense of extra goodies and treats for her three kids [not named for privacy reasons], but she says they won’t mind, especially as they’ll be eating more than her this festive season.
“I’m not going to be indulging this year as I have in the past,” the stay-at-home mum, from Norwich, told Need To Know.

“And, consequently, I won’t be buying all the treats.
“I’d have usually been through a few tubs of Celebrations by now, but I probably won’t even buy one this year.
“I will just be focusing on buying the usual roast dinner items.
“But extras, such as cheese and biscuits or desserts, won’t be on the list.”
Natalie, who used to spend over £300 on food alone during Christmas, believes her bill this year will be more than halved.
As she’s still on the jabs, her dinner will consist of two roast potatoes, a few slices of turkey, some vegetables and just one pig in blanket.
Her kids will receive lots of chocolates and sweets from family, so desserts won’t be a miss on the table.

Natalie’s decision comes as experts warn weight loss jab users not to overindulge at Christmas.
Dr Kiran Jones, a clinical pharmacist at Oxford Online Pharmacy, says that eating too much can trigger vomiting for those on the jab.
She advises people to be mindful of what – and how much – they’re chowing down on, to stay hydrated and to remain upright after eating to help proper digestion.
Since losing weight, the mum has got her “confidence back” and has ultimately decided to leave her husband.
So, this year, she’s only got herself and the kids to worry about.
In 2026, she’ll continue with the jabs on a maintenance dose and is now putting focus on self-care for herself.

She added: “[I used to get my hair and nails done] every few months.
“But, since losing weight, I loathe a lot of hair, so I had extensions [which need regular maintenance].
“I have a new lease of life.
“Taking care of myself has become very important to me now.”
Natalie previously revealed her £250-per-month “takeaway addiction”.
At her heaviest, she weighed 19st.
Now, she’s gone from a UK dress size 22 to a 10.
