Two passengers have been rushed to hospital after a tram and bus collided – with 11 commuters also treated at the scene.
The front of the bus was completely smashed in, with the tram flying off the track following the impact.
Emergency services were called to the scene around 9am Thursday (19 Feb) as reported by Need To Know.

The collision took place on Inham Road, Chilwell.
Video footage taken at the scene shows emergency service workers securing the area.
Broken glass was sprawled across the street with the tram resting on the grass bank.
The Nottingham Fire and Rescue service confirmed firefighters from Stapleford, Highfields, West Bridgford, Ilkeston and Long Eaton Fire Stations attended the incident.

Fortunately, none of the victims’ injuries are thought to be life-altering.
A spokesperson for Nottingham Fire and Rescue service said: “We originally got the call at 9.09am.
“All people on the vehicles had removed themselves before our arrival.
“Two male adults were taken to hospital, and a further 11 people were assessed on scene; however, all injuries are not expected to be life altering.
“Our role on scene was to make both vehicles safe following the collision, we left Nottinghamshire Police in charge of the scene.”
