The French influencer, who has 1.2m Instagram fans and 877,000 TikTok followers, said she is being awoken by sirens several times a night.
The 32-year-old, who found fame on reality shows such as Les Anges (The Angels) and Le Bachelor (The Bachelor), said she lives in fear of missiles falling “directly on our heads”.
Melanie, better known online as Melanight, visited Israel with her partner for a few days ahead of their wedding.

The influencer, who is Jewish, said they planned to meet a rabbi just as war broke out.
She said her daily life in Tel Aviv is punctuated by sirens, nights in air raid shelters, and uncertainty about her return home.
“I came to Israel to meet a rabbi to get married and was only supposed to stay for a few days,” Melanie said.
“But in the end I found myself stuck in a war where I can’t return to France.”
She added: “At least I came here for love, so there’s a good reason behind it.”
She revealed she lives in fear every day she remains stranded in the country, as reported by Need To Know.
“When the city sirens sound, everyone understands that a missile could arrive within minutes.
“We get up and go to the shelters two or three times a night.”
Melanie, who is staying with friends in Israel, said she is trying to stay strong as there are children in the house.
She explained: “We can’t show that we’re afraid, but we know very well that missiles can fall near people we know – or directly on our heads.”

“What I find sadly shocking is the population is used to living like this.
“People wake up to the alert, go to the miklat, then resume their day as if nothing had happened.
For now, her return to France remains uncertain.
After her initial flight was cancelled, she said: “We just hope we can find a flight and get home soon.”
Melanie also said that her recent posts are “under relentless attack” from online trolls.
“Even simply explaining what I’m going through is sometimes very badly received,” she said.
