Their friend and collaborator Janeth said in a livestream: “They fought hard, but it just wasn’t enough.”
Another friend, Conchita, added: “Their dogs are safe. They did suffer some burns, but they’re being looked after.
“As far as I understand, the children weren’t there, thank God.”
Ramiro, who was known as La Werita Consentida, and Joe had built a loyal online following with their reality TV analysis, celebrity commentary and entertainment coverage.

Viewers were drawn to their on-screen chemistry, with Joe providing a more measured counterpoint to Ramiro’s direct style, as reported by Need To Know.
The couple, from Monterrey in Mexico, had reportedly been married for more than 15 years. Their ages have not been disclosed.
Actress and singer Paty Navidad paid tribute, saying: “I’ll always be deeply grateful for their support, the moments we shared, and the space they gave me in their interviews. I’ll carry those beautiful memories with me forever.”

Actress and model Ivonne Montero added: “I’m especially grateful for all their support – they were a very important part of my success on La Casa de los Famosos.”
La Casa de los Famosos is the Latin American adaptation of the Celebrity Big Brother format.
Neither authorities nor the victims’ families had commented on the incident at the time of reporting.
