Ever fancied living in the Terminator’s house? Now you can.
Arnold Schwarzenegger’s former home has just gone up for sale at $11 million and it has plenty of luxurious features, including a Playboy mansion-style grotto pool.
There’s also a spa, sauna and tennis court, as well as plenty of hiking trails nearby for a bit of serenity.
The California Governor’s secluded pad, where he lived with then-wife journalist Maria Shriver and their four children, is set in the gated community of Pacific Palisades just off the infamous Sunset Boulevard.

With the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home sitting on 1.75 acres of land and spanning 4,177 sq ft, it’s surprising that the Terminator actor ever said “Hasta la vista, baby” to the property at all.
The house served as a home to Arnie and Maria from 1986 until they split in 2011, when it was revealed that he had fathered a child with the family’s maid.
Built in 1981, it boasts a luxury interior in a New England-style, while maintaining a casual family feel.
Large windows and skylights make for an airy reception room, with cosy fireplaces located in the living room, family room and master bedroom.
Country-style tiles and white cabinets in the kitchen also give a homely feel to the space.
Each of the five bedrooms is equipped with an en-suite, plus several large closets and storage spaces perfect for a growing family.
Despite its large windows, the house is remarkably private with none of the communities’ 15 neighbours able to peep in due to the array of oak, sycamore and eucalyptus trees that surround it.
The property, featured on Top Ten Real Estate Deals, has boasted neighbours including Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks and Matt Damon, and is surrounded by the best of LA’s nature, with hiking trails and horse riding tracks.
It is currently owned by attorney Maxwell Kennedy and his wife Vicki Strauss Kennedy, who bought the pad in 2013 for $12.9 million.
The property is listed with Billy Rose and Santiago Arana from The Agency, Beverly Hills.
