Inside Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz' 'dream' house – featuring a game room, 800-bottle wine cellar, infinity-edge pool and mountain views Grammy Award-winner Alicia Keys and husband Swizz Beatz have sold their “dream house” in Phoenix after the property being on the market for five years. The famous couple were originally asking for $3.85 million but eventually brought the price of the 7,050 sq ft pad down to $3.1 million. Located on Camelback Mountain, the four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom property boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer incredible views of Echo Canyon, Piestewa Peak and Mummy Mountain. The interior is just as grand as the exterior, albeit manmade, where huge 20ft high ceilings allow light to flood every room. Bought as a holiday retreat for the couple, there is ample potential for entertaining and parties with a chef’s kitchen, a game room and screening room with a wet bar and an 800-bottle wine cellar. There’s also a fully stocked gym, enough space for six cars in the garage, and a wrap-around two-level patio with an infinity-edge swimming pool. Awe-inspiring views of the mountains can be seen from every room in the house. Upstairs is the master suite, with its own bathroom, sitting area, and, as this is Alicia's home, a piano. The glamorous property is featured on Top Ten Real Estate Deals. Alicia, 40, and Swizz, 42, put the stunning property on the market in 2016 after deciding that with two children – Egypt, 10, and Genesis, six – it wouldn’t get enough use. At the time they called their desert dwelling a “dream come true,” stating, “there’s really no place like it.” Don’t feel too sorry for the musical couple though as they currently reside in their $20.8 million ‘Razor House’ located in the wealthy Southern California town of La Jolla. Sleek and spacious,

Don’t feel too sorry for the musical couple though as they currently reside in their $20.8 million ‘Razor House’ located in the wealthy Southern California town of La Jolla.

Sleek and spacious, it covers 10,653-square-foot and is said to be the inspiration behind Tony Stark’s Malibu lair in the Iron Man film franchise.

In fact, one of the mansion’s most spectacular features is its subterranean garage as this space was used in the films as Stark’s basement garage where the first Iron Man suit was created.

Designed by architect Wallace E. Cunningham, it took six years to construct and was originally on the market for $45 million before Alicia and Swizz snapped it up for less than half.

The spectacular property covers three floors with the main residence featuring six bedroom suites.

Two of these come with phenomenal ocean views thanks to their end-to-end, floor-to-ceiling curved glass windows.

Elsewhere in the luxury property is a two-story, all-glass sitting room connected by a curved floating staircase.

There’s also a library, cinema room, fully-equipped gym, two steam rooms, roof-top spa and a built-in outdoor BBQ, and a vanishing-edge, heated infinity pool.

And for when guests come to stay, the family can put them up in the detached multi-level out house, which covers 1,301 square feet and includes two bedrooms and two baths.
