A manor where Adele filmed the video for her hit single Easy on Me has gone on sale for $5.4 million CAD (£3.1 million).
The stunning 173-acre vineyard Domaine Dumont Chapelle Ste-Agnès is a 90 minute drive from Montréal, Canada.

The estate includes six buildings, with 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and four powder rooms.
The main manor was built in 1846, but renovated in 1990 and again in 2021, with a red ballroom, which was made famous in the video for Adele’s first single from her most recent album 30, released last year.
To mark the room being seen around the world in the video which has been watched over 200 million times, a portrait of the star has been added to one wall.
But the luxurious estate also has plenty to offer beyond fame – other buildings include a garage, outbuilding, guesthouse, working chapel and castle with impressive reception room.

The estate, which is featured on Top Ten Real Estate Deals, also includes a vineyard with over 7,000 vines and a production facility for making ice and port wine.

Inside, the wine rooms have a French design and lots of beautiful features like vaulted ceilings and terracotta tiles – a perfect place to sip the estate’s produce while you enjoy Adele’s music.
Elsewhere, there are 11,000 trees that are used to produce maple syrup.
The estate is listed for $5,499,000 CAD with Engel & Völkers Montréal.
