A man has listed his incredible pirate ship houseboat for sale – and it will only cost you $49,000 USD (£41,658).
Daniel Corder, a retired firefighter from Virginia, US, built the ship three years ago as part of his quirky hobby, having previously transformed another old boat.
It was originally his neighbour’s boat which was no longer wanted, and which Daniel remodelled into a pirate ship.
The black ship comes kitted out with a crew of skeletons dressed in classic pirate get-ups, cannons mounted on the sides, and the traditional skull and crossbones painted on the body.
Inside, the theme continues with classic old barrels, a wheel, old maps for planning routes across the high seas, and classic accessories.

The boat is also fitted with a living area, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom – though the only garden to speak of, is the open sea.
Daniel has now decided to sell it for $49,000.

Advertising his creation, pictures of the ship were shared on Facebook where the post went viral, racking up more than 12,000 likes and thousands of comments.
One user said: “I would totally buy this and drink rum all day.”
“That boat is understaffed, they’ve only got a skeleton crew,” another viewer joked.

Someone else said: “Would I get this and stand on deck in a giant pirate hat? Yes. Yes I would.”
“Why would you pay for it, just compile a crew, throw on an eye patch and take it!” quipped another person.
Another user added: “Great for a Halloween party. Not so sure about owning it the other 364 days of the year.”
