Story from Jam Press (Kent Property Raffle) Pictured: Inside the Kent property up for Raffle. Stunning four-bed Kent home worth £400,000 up for grabs for just £3 A stunning four-bedroom home worth £400,000 is set to be raffled off – and tickets cost just £3. Daniel Twenefour, alongside brothers Jason and Will, is offering one lucky winner the chance to live rent and mortgage-free in a modern home located in Medway, Kent. The luxurious property spans three storeys and boasts four large bedrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen and diner, living room and a low maintenance garden. While it does not come furnished, the property has been staged to show its full potential, with chic furniture as well as a luxurious golden fireplace. Inside the swanky home, the new owner can imagine putting their feet up on a lavish L-shaped sofa and cooking up a storm in the modern, fully-fitted kitchen. With big open windows and a spacious floor plan, the lucky new owners will be living the high life for as little as £3. Not only is the house situated in a thriving area, it is also close to Chatham Train Station where you can get a train directly into central London in under one hour. The raffle is now live and participants have until 4 November to get their hands on a ticket. The home is the ninth property to be raffled off by the Twenefour brothers, who have previously given away three apartments in one go worth £500,000 in Bristol city centre. Whilst the property is perfect for a family to move into, the winner will have the freedom to do as they please with the prize and even have the option to rent it out. The average rent for this type of property in the area would fetch up to £2,000 per month. To flog the home, the Twenefour’s will need to sell around 155,000 tickets to include transfer costs such as stamp duty and legal fees. But if 155,000 tickets are not sold, the winner will be offered 70% of the ticket receipts instead. Luckily, so far the trio have been

To flog the home, the Twenefour’s will need to sell around 155,000 tickets to include transfer costs such as stamp duty and legal fees.

But if 155,000 tickets are not sold, the winner will be offered 70% of the ticket receipts instead.

Luckily, so far the trio have been successful at raffling off a hoard of other properties under their business name, Tramway Path.

The venture came when Daniel decided to sell one of his own properties back in lockdown, and had the genius idea of raffling it off.

“I initially set up to sell my own property during the pandemic as I had already moved house but was paying two mortgages,” Daniel told Jam Prime.

“After the first competition I was inundated with messages and emails from people asking me to do it again as it will help people get on the property ladder. “It is a blessing to change so many lives.

The brothers estimate that they have helped the winners save a total of £2.3 million thanks to their efforts.(Picture: Jam Press)

“People say we are ‘levelling the playing field’.

“I realised that this was bigger than me. It had the potential to change the lives of so many more people.

“Tramway Path are eager to help those from a disadvantaged background, who may otherwise struggle to own a property.”

They estimate they have helped the winners save a total of £2.3 million thanks to their efforts.

The brothers now work together, utilising their social media presence to advertise the contests – running competitions around every three months.

Daniel added: “We are now looking at how we can scale this to help as many individuals as-possible – both sellers and prospective homeowners.”

To enter the competition, go to https://tramwaypath.co.uk/. Tickets start from £3 per entry. The draw will take place on 5 November in the presence of a solicitor and the winner will be notified by 7pm GMT.
