Homehunters are currently being hit by interest rates hitting a 15-year high of over 6%. The other room - just two metres wide - combines the kitchen - with a washer dryer and fridge freezer - and the lounge. But there are only two windows - one in the bedroom wall and a skylight in the other room. It is said to boast an “outside courtyard space” - but it appears just to be a skinny alleyway.
