A posh restaurant has left diners divided after serving up a ‘Bushtucker Trial’ dish made of lamb testicles.
The trendy eatery, Elnecot, introduced the item on their new menu yesterday (9 Aug).
The “Croq and balls” is a croquette dish made up of lamb belly and testicles.
It is served with a summer fruit agrodolce, an Italian sweet and sour sauce.
Traditional croquettes are deep-fried rolls made of mashed potato with different fillings.
Typical fillings include cheese and Serrano ham.
A plate of fried gonads will set customers back £9.

It is available to order on the new dinner menu for the Manchester restaurant.
The testicle dish is designed to share along with its other new plates, including burrata, spicy fries, pork belly and chicken wings.
Diners were left divided by the shocking menu item.
Dianne Orr said: “It’s like a Bushtucker Trial.”
John OReilly said: “It’s b*llocks.”
Ian Boswell said: “Publicity seeking.”
James Rawlinson said: “Why not?
”If you’re gonna eat meat then at least use the full animal.”
Lynda Ste Hubbart said: “Oh lamb fries.”
Animal testicles are often used in Bushtucker Trials on ITV’s, ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here’.
In 2012, MP Nadine Norris went head-to-head with former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan and ate a plate of lamb testicles.
The “Cave Man” diet has also become a growing trend on social media.
Some TikTokers claim that eating raw testicles, liver and bone marrow has transformed their lives.
