A landlord has scored an own goal by charging £1,250-a-month for a flat next to Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium…with a combined bathroom and kitchen.
The tiny studio flat is described as a “great opportunity” for a “couple of friends” to live in despite the bizarre setup.
The drab looking pad comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, two wooden chairs but no table.
The kitchen has a sink, two hob rings, a shelf and cabinets.
But the shower is at the end of the kitchen worktop which also has the bathroom basin in it.

There is a clear shower screen offering no privacy to the sharing tenants.
The toilet is a narrow, separate room to the side.
The odd studio flat – in a three-storey building – is just 50m metres from the entrance to the Gunners 60,000-capacity stadium in Islington, north London.
It is being let by Upper Class Estates and advertised on Rightmove.
Flat hunter Leo Quartermain fumed: “Was on RightMove just browsing flats in London out of curiosity.
“Found one for £1,250-a-month.
“My eyes must be deceiving me.
“This must be a joke.

“Live in your kitchen and bathroom for £1,250-a-month? Are you insane?”
Dylan Brown joked: “You can take a shower and keep an eye on food cooking on the hob.
“What’s not to love?”
Another – named Emily – said: “Shower placement is wild.”
One – called Lexie – added: “Oh my God, that’s disgusting.”
The property listing boasts about its proximity to the football ground.
It reads: “We are pleased to present this self-contained studio apartment to rent, in a prime location.

“The property offers a studio with a private kitchenette and bathroom.
“Located on the same road as Arsenal Stadium and close to the Metropolitan University, Arsenal, Highbury and Islington, Caledonian Road Underground station, and Drayton Park Mainline stations.
“There are many excellent amenities nearby on Holloway Road including shops, cafes & restaurants.
“The property consists of: fitted kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom area and double glazed.
“Council tax, electricity and water are not included in the rent price.”
But it adds: “This is a great opportunity for a couple of friends.”
