Nigella Lawson likes to put vodka on her sausages.
The TV cook queen was hailed for the festive recipe.
Her Cosmo Cocktail Sausages are based on the ingredients for Cosmopolitan cocktails.

After making them she poured herself a glass of prosecco.
The 63-year-old said: “I’m delighted to be sharing the recipe with you.
“Marmalade, cranberry sauce, some lime.
“The vodka is obviously optional.
“And now for the little sausages.”
Nigella added: “There is no such thing, as far as I’m concerned, as a Christmas party without cocktail sausages.
“When they come out of the oven, they’ll come out so sticky and burnished.
“And you’ll see the glaze has done its magic.

“Look at these now… gleaming and sticky.
“They’ve got their party clothes on.”
Foodies were all in agreement about the dish with vodka splashed on them.
Dawn Davies said: “Wow I definitely must make these.
Richard Walsh gushed: “Mmm I make that just for dinner.”
Darren Sharpe added: “Oww my word, I’m dribbling.”

Another – named Jos – added: “Don’t think Nigella has ever cooked something I wouldn’t eat.”
To make 50 cocktail sausages she uses 50g of marmalade, 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce, two tablespoons of lime and a splash of vodka.
A Cosmo cocktail contains 45ml of vodka, 30ml of cranberry juice, 10ml of lime, plus triple sec and ice.
Previously, Nigella has made wacky meals like caramel on potatoes and marmite on spaghetti.
Last month she mixed gin and coffee.
Three years ago, she caused a stir by calling a ‘microwave’ a ‘mee-cro-wah-vay.’
