Line of Duty star Royce Pierreson has revealed he has been diagnosed for ADHD
The actor – famed for his role as Dc Jamie Desford in the BBC cop drama – said he had daily battles to stay focused.

He also struggled with concentration and negative thoughts.
The 34-year-old TV star is now taking supplements after his diagnosis to help him cope after refusing to take medication.
Married Pierreson, of Saltash, Cornwall said: “I created this backlog of tasks because my mind would continuously jump from one floor to the next.
”The more the pile grew, the more stressed I became.
”Add to that a negative inner voice, a production company and acting career to manage and family life, things became incredibly difficult.
”I’d go through long periods of depression and burn out.”
To conquer the low mood, the actor – who recently starred in series three of The Witcher on Netflix – looked for alternative routes that didn’t involve medication.
He says he began taking concentration supplements called Gamma Focus.
They are from the brand Divergence Supplements.
They’re made from vitamins, minerals, herbs, and amino acids which help promote focus, cognition and emotional regulation, such as reducing stress and symptoms of anxiety.
Royce mixes the powdered supplement into a glass of water or juice every day.
He added: “Before I started taking Gamma Focus, my brain was like a pinball machine, pinging thoughts around my brain to the point where I just couldn’t focus on one task at a time. “
“I was up at 6:30am, energised and well rested.

”I’d planned my day the night before and I started to work through it efficiently with incredible focus on the thing that needed to be done.
”I could concentrate for long periods and my energy levels throughout the day were higher than they’d ever been.
“I’m also the happiest I’ve been since I can remember.
” I now start my days with a burst of energy and inspiration instead of negativity and lack of focus.
”My wife tells me I’m like a new man.”
