Influencer Jen Harley has been arrested again, with fans saying her Jersey Shore ex ‘dodged a bullet’.
The 38-year-old has been cuffed multiple times before on the same charges of domestic violence – with the latest landing her in jail.
The ex of controversial Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has previously had charges dropped and cases dismissed.

Harley’s latest run-in with the law came on October 10, as reported by Need To Know.
The influencer was cuffed in Miami-Dade County, Florida, on a misdemeanour charge of battery/domestic violence.
Officers from Sunny Isles Beach Police took her to jail, where she reportedly spent two nights before being released on 12 Oct.
The mother of three posted a $1,000 bond and entered a written non-guilty plea according to court documents, as reported by Starcasm.
The charge allegedly involved her latest partner and father of her youngest son, Joe Ambrosole.
On 27 Jul, Harley allegedly struck the 38-year-old after their son became ill in the bedroom.
Court documents reveal that Joe’s account states they were in the bedroom when the son became ill, which then led to Harley taking him into another room.
As she did this, Joe claims she called him a ‘terrible father’.
The documents, revealed by Starcasm, state: “As he reached for and took possession of the child, Harley shoved toward him and intentionally struck him on the right side of his face with an open hand.”
Following the altercation, Joe reportedly called the police, with Harley leaving the apartment with her daughter Ariana Sky Magro, who allegedly witnessed the event.
The pair had reportedly been romantically involved for five years and have a child named Jayden, 3, together.
The court documents revealed that Joe told police they had separated but still resided together.
Police were unable to locate Harley until October 10 – her arraignment has been scheduled for 8 Dec.
Harley has publicly denied the allegations on social media, stating: “I repeat, I am completely innocent of the allegations made against me.”
The influencer and her Jersey Shore ex first got together in 2017 – and were involved in multiple breakups, public arguments, cheating allegations and domestic violence incidents.
In 2019, Ronnie was arrested after an altercation with Harley and reached a plea agreement for his charges.
He was handed probation for 36 months and was ordered to complete a 52-week domestic violence programme amongst other conditions.
Following her involvement in another alleged domestic violence case, fans of the show have called out her alleged behaviour.
